Day Puffy Sport Shoulder Bag Black

A running belt sits tight around the waist and holds phone, keys and gels without bouncing. A waist bag usually has more volume and suits walking, hiking and everyday use better.

Think about volume, a separate compartment for shoes or wet clothes, and whether you prefer to carry it as a duffle or a backpack.

It works for short distances, but a regular backpack bounces. For run commuting, choose a pack with a chest strap and hip belt that sits close to the body.
