The upper is made of mesh for good breathability. The sole is made of React foam which is gentle on the body during long rounds and provides very good cushioning. The shoe has an extra crash zone in the heel to provide gentle stepping. It also has a wider toe box for higher comfort during the longer rounds. React Miler is not a classic stable running shoe, but a neutral running shoe with a lot of stability.
