Gym ball 65cm Black

Bands come in different resistance levels, often marked by colour or as light, medium and hard. Start lighter for rehab and mobility, and choose heavier bands for strength training.

It depends on your height. When you sit on the ball, your knees should be at roughly hip height or slightly below.

Massage balls, grips and acupressure mats are used for self-massage and recovery after training. They do not replace care from a physiotherapist if you have an injury.
