OUTDOOR INSOLE When you are out hiking and hiking in nature, you load the body in different ways, especially when you have a heavy backpack, which increases the strain on the feet, knees, hips and back. Outdoor Insole is developed according to these movement and load patterns and adapted to today's hiking boots. The purpose of Outdoor Insole is to upgrade your boots and thereby reduce the load on the body's muscles and joints. We want to create better conditions for everyone who loves hiking and being in nature. D3O® The unique orange D3O® zones give the heel, joints and skeleton extra shock absorption to give the body the relief it needs. The former and the location of the zones are specially designed to reduce the load, especially when you are hiking many meters of altitude. ANTIBACTERIAL TOP CONDITION The top layer material is antibacterial, odor-treated and counteracts athlete's foot. It also minimizes the risk of abrasions. MEDIAL FOOT SUPPORT The longitudinal arch support is designed to fit as many feet as possible. ANATOMIC HEEL CUP The anatomically cupped heel cup distributes the pressure evenly under the heel, reduces the pressure by collecting the fat pad under the heel and thus strengthens its natural function. STABILIZING MATERIAL The black EVA material provides a combination of extra stability and shock absorption around the heel and middle part of the foot, which also reduces rotational forces. ADAPTATION Remove existing soles from your boots. Place your new Outdoor Insole in your boots to make sure the size is right. If necessary, trim your new Outdoor Insole with scissors to adjust the fit. Tip: use your original soles as a template! Increase the use of your new Outdoor Insole gradually as new load patterns may appear on your body. Cut at the front edge for the desired size. CLEANING / CARE They do not tolerate high heat. You can use lukewarm water and soap / soap when cleaning. Let them dry at room temperature. Do not wash them in the washing machine. LIFE SPAN Replace your soles after 12 months or when they show signs of wear.
