How to measure your foot

1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat floor and stand on it.
2. Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe.
3. Measure the distance between the marks in centimetres.
4. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement to find your size in the table.

Foot length refers to your foot, not the insole length or the CM/JP number on the shoe box. Between sizes, the smaller size provides a closer fit, while the larger size gives your toes more room. Fit may vary between models.
